The Basque Coast with La Plage Seignosse
The Landes region that stretches at the South of Bordeaux and North of Basque Country displays endless views of beaches bordered by pine forest that seems to cover the heights of the horizon. One beach that counts among the newly resort-populated ones, is Seignosse Plage a couple of miles away from the Seignosse place, an old village of the area. This beach is considered to be the pick along the Atlantic coast, though there are Cap-Breton and Hossegore to match in size with the Seignosse plage.
What makes Seignosse be the pick? The facilities provided in this place are the ones to cope the best with the families demands, the surfing seems to be better, and the beach space is enough not to allow people to crowd towel-to-towel.
Apart from the fact that Seignosse Plage offers facilities for families and surfers as well, teenagers can find other attractions to deal with during their free time at night - decent discos are placed inside the resort to offer entertainment program for several age groups.

The pine wood is another reason that might draw you into spending the vacation on Seignosse beaches. You can rent bicycles and take a ride inside the woods in case you want to change the hot air with the coolness of the refreshing wood.
If you have hard times on choosing the right location to spend your summer vacation either because you want to be into the mountains or head for the beach, the Seignosse Plage is the best as it has in its displaying both of these options.
